YOUR INFORMATION
We need the following information: NAME; ADDRESS; ZIP CODE (don't forget the
Zip Code or Mr. Zip will get ya!) Please type or print the information on your
orders. No one here can read hieroglyphics. So, PLEEZ be neat. We always enclose
an ORDER FORM with each order. When you can, please use them. If you don't have
an order form, try and use a regular size 8-1/2 x 11 sheet of paper for
your orders. Little scraps of paper can get lost, and we really don't want that
to happen to your order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment must accompany your order in the form of a Postal Money Order, Cashier's
Check, Bank Check or the like. We can also accept MasterCard, Visa, American
Express and Discover Cards through the mail, by phone, or by FAX. Just include
the information listed under CREDIT CARDS. NEVER SEND CASH through the mail.
Also, NEVER SEND TOMATOES, or lettuce. Also, please try and remember that the
minimum order is $10.00.
CREDIT CARDS
We are able to accept orders placed on MasterCard, Visa, American Express
and Discover. If you include the following information along with your order,
we can accept them by phone or FAX---NAME (as it appears on the card); ADDRESS;
CHARGE CARD NUMBER; EXPIRATION DATE; DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER; and, of course, the
items you would like to order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We now ship everything by either Fedex or USPS. The rates for all orders are
listed below. Please go by the chart and include enough for postage. For AIR
MAIL service of any type, please include about 20% of the cost of your order
in addition to the regular postage. All orders are processed and shipped within
24 hours. It ususally takes from 5-10 days for the order to reach you.
OVERNIGHT & SECOND DAY
If you've got ants in your pants and can't wait, we can ship by Fedex Second
Day Air, Next Day Air or Express Mail. But, the cost of these services depends
entirely on the weight of the parcel. Ask about the cost when ordering.

$20.01 to $35.00.......... $7.75 shipping and handling
$35.01 to $75.00.......... $9.95 shipping and handling
$75.01 to $100.00 ....... $10.95 shipping and handling

INSURANCE
While we pack orders very carefully, sometimes bad things happen to them. Not
our fault, mind you. Since we can't be responsible for drop-kick practice at
the Post Office, we suggest you enclose enough for INSURANCE. Just go by the
rates below.

$50.01 to $100.00............. $2.00 for insurance
$100.01 to $200.00........... $3.00 for insurance
$200.01 to $300.00........... $4.00 for insurance
FOREIGN ORDERS
For surface parcels, the minimum charge is $4.25. A good rule of thumb is to
simply double the normal listed SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES. For AIR MAIL,
add about another 20% of the value of the cost of the goods ordered to cover
the additional postage.

orders only. All you have to do is call us at any time of the day or night.
Before 6PM, you'll get a real live elf. After 6, you can talk to our telephonic
elf, PHONO. Just give PHONO all the pertinent information, and he'll make sure
your order is shipped the very next day. You may get the impression that PHONO
is one of those electronic phone-answering machines, NOT TRUE!

SPECIAL NOTE
We guarantee what we sell. Any item found faulty in materials or workmanship
will be replaced upon return of the faulty item.
If you make a purchase and find that the item is "just not for you,"
please contact us for Return Authorization. You will have 30 days from the date
of receipt in which to return the item to us. Once we receive your return, you
will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item, less shipping.
Remember that all
returns must include the original packaging and instructions. Any non-defective
return must be in perfect condition. DVDs and Books are not returnable.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged to those customers where a return is authorized
for a non-defective item. Only authorized returns will be accepted.
